Job Description
UI/UX Designer Experience: 02 years Location: Ahmedabad (Hybrid/Remote flexibility) Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in a product or services company (freshers with strong portfolios encouraged to apply) Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, wireframes, prototypes, and completed design work Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to bridge design and development Ability to create user journeys, personas, and conduct usability testing Good grasp of responsive and mobile-first design principles Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field NICE TO HAVE Experience working on SaaS products or enterprise web applications Familiarity with motion design, animations, or micro-interactions Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) Experience collaborating in Agile environments Familiarity with tools like Zeplin, InVision, or Storybook RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive and user-friendly features Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and final design assets Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Build and maintain design systems and UI guidelines Ensure visual consistency across platforms and devices Work closely with frontend developers for smooth design-to-development handoff Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices WHAT YOU WILL GET WITH Cognitionteam Direct collaboration with international clients Challenging and meaningful tasks Opportunity for skill and career growth Influence over project technologies and design direction Work with a skilled and supportive team A fast-paced, flexible, and low-bureaucracy environment To Apply: Send your resume and portfolio to info@cognitionteam.com with UI/UX in the subject line.,
