Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a US Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The US Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate communications. The US Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
