Job Description
Position Title: US Recruiter
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Work Mode: On-Site
Reports To: Team Leader / Assistant Operations Manager
Shift Timings: US shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.

Review and understand job requirements.

Review applicants to ensure they meet job criteria.

Foster long-term relationships with candidates.

Maintain and update the recruitment database.

Research and adopt new sourcing technologies.

Prepare and send daily recruiting reports to the team manager.

Participate in client calls and handle client communications.

Adapt to different clients and projects as assigned.
Essential Functions

Ensure client delivery meets SLA standards.

Adhere to all information security and privacy policies.

Promptly report any incidents of data breaches or policy violations.
