The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and attracting top talent, maintaining candidate databases, and implementing effective recruitment strategies. The IT Recruiter will also focus on technical recruiting and hiring for various IT roles. Qualifications Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting Strong skills in Hiring and candidate assessment Ability to work independently in a remote setting Excellent communication and organizational skills Understanding of modern recruitment tools and platforms Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred,
