Hiring US Accounting Specialist (Unanet ERP) at InteliX Systems Location: KPHB, Hyderabad (Onsite) Shift: 3:30 PM 12:30 AM IST (Night Shift) Experience: 46 Years Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist proficient in Unanet Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to join our dynamic finance team. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies. Proficiency in utilizing Unanet ERP software is essential for this role, as the specialist will be primarily responsible for managing financial transactions within the system. Key Responsibilities Financial Data Management Manage and maintain financial records within the Unanet ERP system. Perform regular reconciliations of financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity. Financial Analysis Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review. Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance. Compliance and Audit Support Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies. Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial records and documentation. Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and recommend solutions for improvement. Streamline accounting procedures to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and productivity. Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT to support business objectives. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address financial inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 6+ Years of Experience into Accounting and 1+ Years of Experience into Unanet ERP (End -to-End) Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role. Proficiency in using Unanet ERP software is essential. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
