Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our friendly team. As a vital part of our front-of-house staff, you will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.  

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival.
• Present menus to guests and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverage options.
• Answer guests' questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, using order slips or a POS system.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly and accurately.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond attentively to their requests.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals and service.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with grace and efficiency, escalating to management when necessary.
• Prepare and present guest checks accurately.
• Process payments using cash registers, credit card machines, or other payment methods.
• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, server stations, and dining areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Stay updated on menu changes, specials, and restaurant promotions.
• Upsell or make recommendations to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
