Responsibilities: Build an understanding of the PE trends in education, life sciences, healthcare and co-living, investments, M&As, etc. for investment structures & apply knowledge to recommend ideas/ solutions Conducting business & market research across various functional domains, industries, and competition Working extensively on marketing collaterals including pitch decks, fundraisers, investment memorandums, business teasers & other market reports to support management on investment strategy Designing and executing commercial analysis e.g., market analysis, business model analysis, competitive benchmarking, strategic rationale and fit etc. Support evaluation and execution of the due diligence process, leveraging internal and external experts as required Assisting in forming the appropriate structure of a deal Skills: Creative skills, Good graphic skills, Communication and writing skills Knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint Qualification masters in urban planning, Urban Housing & Real estate, Urban Management.
