Job Description

About Us We are developing a next-generation driving simulation project aimed at high-fidelity vehicle physics for training and entertainment purposes. Our goal is to create a realistic driving experience with advanced physics, immersive environments, and industry-standard simulation techniques. Job description We are looking for a Lead Engineer with a strong background in Unity or Unreal Engine and extensive experience in realistic vehicle physics simulation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and fine-tuning a highly accurate and responsive car physics system that simulates real-world driving behavior. Responsibilities Develop and implement realistic car physics for a driving simulator using Unity or Unreal Engine. Work on suspension, aerodynamics, traction, tire friction, drivetrain, and other physics aspects to ensure accurate vehicle behavior. Optimize performance while maintaining a high level of realism. Collaborate with designers, artists, and AI engineers to create a seamless driving experience. Research and integrate real-world physics data for vehicle behavior accuracy. Develop custom physics solutions when needed to enhance realism beyond built-in engine capabilities. Conduct performance profiling and debugging for optimal simulation quality. Requirements 5+ years of experience in game/simulation development with a focus on vehicle physics. Proficiency in Unity (C#) or Unreal Engine (C++/Blueprints). Strong understanding of rigid body dynamics, friction models, aerodynamics, and suspension systems. Experience working with real-world vehicle physics data and integrating it into simulations. Familiarity with multi-body dynamics, force-based physics, and real-time vehicle handling. Ability to write clean, optimized, and well-documented code. Strong debugging and optimization skills for real-time physics simulations. Experience with Moza, Fanatec, or other racing hardware is a plus. Experience working on driving simulators, motorsport simulators, or vehicle-based projects is highly desirable. If you're passionate about realistic driving simulation and have the experience to bring authentic vehicle physics to life, we'd love to hear from you!,
