Job Description
The job requires candidates with 5-6 years of experience in Non EB placement from Insurance Broking, specifically in Bangalore market. The ideal candidate should excel in insurer negotiations and have a strong insurer connect in the Bangalore market. Responsibilities include managing quotes and placements for new business and renewals, staying updated with regulatory guidelines, analyzing client requirements with the sales team, presenting analysis findings to clients, conducting gap analysis, collaborating with the risk management team, liaising with insurance companies for RFQs, preparing Quotes Comparison Reports, negotiating terms with insurers, preparing placement slips, scrutinizing policy documents, documenting client feedback, and ensuring TAT adherence. Key stakeholder relationship management is crucial for this role, involving building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at insurance companies to ensure competitive quotes are obtained in a timely manner. Regular visits to insurance companies for engagement with different stakeholders are also part of the job. The candidate will be responsible for entering RFQs and proposal details into the database, generating reports for analysis, maintaining business reports, sharing status updates with the Head of Placement, and collaborating with auditors as required.
