What Youll Do: Provide consultative support by partnering with clients to deliver effective, results-driven solutions while building trust and long-term relationships Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients get the most value from their UKG systems, with a focus on Workforce Management Leverage your industry experience to design, implement, and maintain system solutions that solve real business challenges Lead system analysis efforts by gathering input from end users, managers, and executives to define functional requirements Document, test, and refine UKG WFM configurations to align with client needs and system design specifications Consistently deliver high-quality service that reflects the companys values of proactive guidance, anticipating client needs, and exceeding expectations What You Bring: Must Haves: 1-3 years of experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Dimensions) or similar WFM platforms 1-3 years working in an HRIS consulting, implementation, or support role Ability to work a hybrid schedule with up to 40% travel for client projects Nice to Haves: Bachelors degree from an accredited university Advanced expertise in UKG products and solutions,
