As a UI/UX Designer with Graphic Design expertise at Beleaf Soft Tech Solutions, you will play a vital role in creating engaging user experiences and visually appealing assets. Your responsibilities will include crafting user-centric UI/UX designs for both web and mobile applications, developing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, as well as designing engaging graphics, illustrations, banners, and marketing materials. You will also conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback, ensuring seamless implementation by working closely with developers and product teams while maintaining design consistency and brand guidelines. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design, proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator, a strong grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory, along with a portfolio showcasing your UI/UX projects and graphic design work. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, requiring your physical presence during day shifts.
