Job Description
As a Senior UI/UX Designer at NMG Technologies, you will be responsible for shaping user experiences across various digital delivery platforms such as web, mobile, and tablet. Your role will involve leading a team of designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the designs align with business objectives and provide exceptional user journeys. Your key responsibilities will include designing international standard websites and mobile apps, utilizing UI/UX processes effectively, and demonstrating proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, XD, Sketch, FIGMA, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere, and After Effects. Your role will also involve mobile app designing, high-end design and UI abilities for international clients, wireframing using tools like Axure or Balsamiq, and maintaining communication with clients. In addition, you will be expected to provide design leadership by mentoring the UI/UX design team, driving user-centered design processes, developing and executing design strategies that align with client projects, creating interactive prototypes, collaborating with project managers and developers, ensuring design quality and consistency, and staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a degree or diploma in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing your work, proven experience in leading design teams, proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar, understanding of user-centered design principles, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, front-end development, experience in Agile/Scrum development environment, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, passion for pixel-perfect designs, exceptional time management, and organizational skills are also desired for this role.
