About the Role We're looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer who understands the full spectrum of user interface and user experience design from mobile apps to responsive websites and complex admin dashboards. Youll be a key part of shaping the product experience for Serq, our white-label service booking platform serving customers, service providers, and administrators. This role is ideal for someone who not only designs aesthetically pleasing interfaces but also focuses deeply on usability, consistency, and real-world user flows. Responsibilities Design intuitive, modern, and mobile-friendly UI for: Customer & Provider Mobile Apps Web Application (responsive) Admin Dashboard (analytics-heavy and feature-rich) Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity screens, and design systems in tools like Figma. Translate product ideas and feature requirements into user-friendly designs. Ensure visual consistency across mobile, web, and dashboard components. Optimize user experience based on user roles, goals, and real scenarios. Collaborate with the frontend team for smooth developer handoff. Audit existing UI/UX flows and propose smart redesign solutions. Must-Have Skills & Experience 2+ years of UI/UX design experience (preferably in tech, SaaS, or service-based platforms) Strong grasp of mobile app UI principles (Android & iOS guidelines) Solid understanding of web UX best practices and responsive design Experience designing admin dashboards with tabs, filters, graphs, and data-heavy views Proficiency in Figma (or Adobe XD, Sketch) Ability to create and manage a component-based design system Understanding of design for multi-role apps (e.g., customer, provider, admin) Strong UX thinking: wireflows, information architecture, use case mapping Bonus Points Experience designing for on-demand service or marketplace platforms Familiarity with tools like Zeplin, Lottie, or Framer Understanding of HTML/CSS basics for smoother developer collaboration Ability to conduct mini user testing or feedback sessions Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift,
