Job Description
Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas. Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces based on design principles and industry best practices. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design solutions. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align design with business goals. Ensure consistency in design elements across various platforms and devices. Present and articulate design decisions to internal teams and stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design. Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale. Experience with responsive design and familiarity with front-end development principles. Knowledge of current design trends, usability standards, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. . Experience in Graphic Designing. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
