Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements. Conduct user research, such as interviews and surveys, to understand user behaviours and preferences. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design ideas and concepts. Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and intuitive to use. Optimise designs based on user feedback and testing. Collaborate with developers to ensure the integration of designs and provide support during the development process. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the table. Requirements 0-3 years experience Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Internship/certification or project experience Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma(mandatory). Solid understanding of user-centered design principles. Ability to create wireframes and prototypes using tools like InVision or Axure. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. Annual CTC - 2.5 to 3 LPA,
