Company Overview Job Description Responsibilities Design and improve user interfaces for our web and mobile banking platforms using Figma. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability of our products. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Requirements 2-5 years of proven UX design experience. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and similar languages Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
