Job Description
We are seeking a UX designer who can create software and platforms that cater to user requirements. Your role requires a combination of analytical and creative skills to develop the functionality of the product and ensure an exceptional user experience. Your ultimate goal will be to enhance our product's user-friendliness and intuitiveness to attract and retain customers. Responsibilities: - Understanding product specifications and user psychology - Transforming concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for intuitive user experiences - Conducting concept and usability testing, as well as collecting feedback - Collaborating with stakeholders to visualize, sketch, prototype, and user-test digital product experiences - Finding innovative solutions to UX challenges such as usability and findability - Designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups for various devices and interfaces - Making strategic decisions related to core and new functions and features based on user experience - Adopting a user-centered design approach and iterating designs through rapid testing - Communicating design concepts and prototypes effectively to developers - Staying updated on competitor products and industry trends Required Skills/Experience: - 0-5 years of UX design experience - Proficiency in UX software like Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, etc. - Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is desirable - Experience in collaborating with clients to grasp detailed requirements and design user experiences that align with client needs - Extensive familiarity with UX design best practices, mobile-first design, and responsive design - Ability to articulate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly to teams and clients - Teamwork experience including translating abstract concepts into tangible design outcomes - Enthusiasm for solving user pain points Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field - Relevant certifications This is a full-time onsite position based in Hyderabad.,
