Job Description

You are a passionate UI/UX Designer responsible for creating seamless and beautiful user experiences, translating the product vision into intuitive interfaces. Your role involves conducting user research, analyzing feedback to understand user needs, and designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. Collaborating with product managers and developers, you define and implement innovative design solutions, designing UI elements and ensuring consistency across platforms and brand guidelines. To excel in this role, you need proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, strong knowledge of user research methodologies, and usability testing. An in-depth understanding of layout, typography, color, and responsive design is essential, along with the ability to create interactive prototypes and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Your portfolio should showcase design projects, problem-solving skills, design processes, and final product outcomes. It would be nice to have familiarity with front-end development technologies, designing for accessibility following WCAG guidelines, knowledge of motion design and creating micro-interactions, and an understanding of analytics to drive design decisions.
