Company Description Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a UI/UX Design Intern at NumeroAlpha. The intern will be responsible for creating mockups, visual design, prototyping, front-end development, and user experience design (UED) tasks on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Pursuing or completed a degree in UI/UX Design, Web Design, or related field Mockups, Visual Design, and Prototyping skills Front-End Development expertise User Experience Design (UED) proficiency Experience with UI/UX tools and software Strong creative and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that will help you develop your skills and contribute meaningfully to our projects. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Collaborating with the design and development teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Conducting user research and analyzing feedback to refine and improve design concepts. Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications. Ensuring that all designs align with the company's branding and user experience guidelines. Assisting in the creation and maintenance of design systems and documentation. Participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers. Duration The internship is designed to last for 3 months, providing you with a valuable learning experience in backend development. However, there are a few important points to consider: Extension: If required, the internship may be extended beyond the initial 3-month period. Please note that any extension will also be on an unpaid basis, similar to the initial duration. Early Termination: While the internship is planned for 3 months, we reserve the right to end the internship early if your performance does not meet the required standards. Regular feedback will be provided to help you understand expectations and areas for improvement. Certification: An internship certificate will be awarded only to those interns who successfully complete the full 3-month duration. This certificate will recognize your contributions and the experience gained during your time with NumeroAlpha.
