Dear Candidate, Greeting from Intellectyx ! Role - UIUX Designer EXP - 3+ yrs (must) Work Location - Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu - WFO / Hybrid / WFH Job Description: We are looking for a creative working UI/UX designer who can design Web Applications mobile friendly responsive Websites, Web Apps & Mobile Apps. The designer should combine design for interaction (UI/UX, design systems and digital products) and design for communication (brand, print, and visual storytelling). Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research and analysis to understand user behavior and preferences, incorporating feedback to enhance UI/UX design. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, offer design solutions, and ensure the timely delivery of design assets. Produce interactive prototypes and wireframes to communicate and test design concepts effectively. Translate brand principles, themes, and moods into strategic frameworks for visual expressions. Create scalable design language systems for typography, Color, components, and layouts. Design brand identities and brand collateral and maintain brand consistency throughout the Website/Web-app/Product, aligning design elements with brand guidelines. Visualize & Create Websites, Web Applications, Mobile Application designs & Graphics such as templates, mailers, flyers, banners, logos, presentations. Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience. Create responsive designs that adapt effectively across various devices and screen sizes. Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging design tools and technologies to continuously improve design practices. Proficiency in animation and interaction design can contribute to creating an engaging and user-friendly network environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Passion for UX/UI Design: A strong interest in user experience and user interface design, with a focus on creating impactful and user-friendly solutions. Design Tools: Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, illustrator and InVision. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and a basic understanding of how designs translate to code. Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility guidelines. Strong understanding of user-centered design processes and techniques, with a focus on user research and testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders and team members. Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Learning Attitude: Eagerness to learn about UX/UI design processes, tools, and best practices. It would be a bonus if you had: A university degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related design or artistic discipline. Experience working in a variety of organizations (start-up, corporate, agency/consultancy) and with US based Clients.
