Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer with Client-Facing Experience Location: 100% Remote (US-based Clients) Duration: 6-8 weeks (100-120 hours) Experience: 10+ years About the Role: We are seeking an expert-level UX/UI Designer with over a decade of experience for a short-term engagement. This project involves designing a comprehensive portal for onboarding and offboarding employees. The ideal candidate will work closely with US-based clients, presenting design ideas and ensuring the final product meets their needs. Key Responsibilities: Design user-centric interfaces for the employee onboarding and offboarding portal. Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, present concepts, and guide the design process. Deliver a high-quality, user-friendly portal within the project timeframe. Present a strong portfolio of previous UX/UI work. Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years in UX/UI design. Proven ability to interact with clients and lead design discussions.
