As a UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience at Inventurs Cube LLP in Indore, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Your primary objective will be to create seamless user experiences that meet our client's and brand's objectives. Your key responsibilities will include designing and prototyping user interfaces, developing wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. You will also be involved in user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing. Collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders is essential to ensure design consistency across all digital platforms. Additionally, you will contribute to evolving and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and a strong portfolio that demonstrates your UX processes and UI design skills. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc., is required. A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, user research methods, and usability testing is essential. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS would be beneficial, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience working in Agile environments, exposure to motion design or micro-interactions, and awareness of accessibility standards and design systems are considered as nice-to-have qualifications.
