Job Description
Responsibilities: Collaborate with project management and the software team to define and implement innovative project directions, visuals, and user experiences. Execute all visual design stages from conceptualization to finalization of the user interface (UI). Conceptualize original ideas that simplify and enhance user friendliness for complex design challenges. Create unique wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Conduct secondary research and evaluate user feedback to inform project design. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. Required Skills & Experience: Proven UI design experience with a strong, demonstrable portfolio. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other visual design and wireframing tools. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills. Experience: 0 to 3 years of UI design experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in UI Design, Fine Arts, Commercial Arts, or a related field.
