Job Description
As a Cisco Webex Voice Solutions Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement Cisco Webex Voice solutions for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to comprehend their business requirements and offer technical guidance. Your role will also involve providing technical support for Cisco Webex Voice solutions, troubleshooting and resolving related issues, and ensuring the maintenance and updating of these solutions for optimal performance and functionality. In addition, you will be expected to develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, which includes network diagrams and configurations. As part of your duties, you will provide training and support to end-users as required, staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Cisco Webex Voice, including emerging cloud-based solutions. Collaboration with other teams such as network engineers, security engineers, and application developers will be essential to ensure seamless integration with other systems. You will also play a key role in testing and evaluating new Cisco Webex Voice features and functionality. A strong understanding of Unified Communications (UC) and Session Border Controllers (SBC) will be crucial for success in this position.,
