Job Description
We are seeking a skilled TV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of televisions, including LED, LCD, Smart, and Android TVs. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, providing efficient solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair TV issues such as display problems, sound issues, connectivity, and power failures. Install and set up new televisions and associated equipment. Provide on-site customer support and technical assistance. Ensure all repairs and installations meet safety and quality standards. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and repair techniques. Requirements: Proven experience as a TV Technician or similar role. Strong understanding of TV components, wiring, and repair methods. Ability to troubleshoot, disassemble, and reassemble televisions. Good communication skills and customer service orientation. Relevant technical certification or training is a plus.
