The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, you will leverage your expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include handling sales queries, suggesting best-suited international holiday packages, ensuring proper handling of assigned leads, meeting sales targets, and generating revenue for the company. In addition, you will collaborate with the core marketing and operations team to ensure a seamless travel experience for customers, addressing any complaints or refunds as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English. While any graduate or post-graduate degree is acceptable, a background in Tourism Management or Hospitality would be beneficial. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, interact effectively with customers, build strong relationships, and negotiate successfully. A positive and determined attitude, quick thinking skills, and the capability to handle challenging situations are essential qualities for this position. Moreover, being well-traveled and having good knowledge of destinations will be advantageous.
