**Job Role:

- **Flight Ticket Booking**: Handle domestic and international flight reservations, ensuring accuracy and best fares.

- **Customer Service**: Assist clients with queries regarding travel itineraries, ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds.

- **Fare Calculation**: Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre to provide accurate fare quotes and issue tickets.

- **Itinerary Planning**: Suggest suitable routes and flight schedules based on client preferences and travel needs.

- **Visa & Travel Documentation**: Guide clients on travel documentation, visa requirements, and policies related to different destinations.

- **Cost Management**: Compare fares, airlines, and promotional deals to ensure cost-effective travel solutions for clients.

- **Problem Resolution**: Address flight delays, cancellations, and any travel disruptions by coordinating with airlines.

- **Reporting**: Maintain daily logs of bookings, cancellations, refunds, and generate periodic sales and performance reports.

- **Advisory Role**: Stay updated on airline policies, travel restrictions, and emerging trends in the travel industry.

- **Sales Support**: Promote and upsell travel packages, insurance, and additional services to clients.

- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments like sales, operations, and accounts to ensure seamless service

delivery.
