The candidate will assist in the day-to-day management of travel bookings, customer inquiries, and backend operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing customer travel bookings.
• Coordinate with partner travel agents and other travel service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Support the processing of travel documentation
• Update and maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and customer details in the company database.
• Monitor travel schedules, handle amendments, cancellations, and assist with any disruptions or issues.
• Stay up-to-date with travel regulations, visa policies, and health advisories related to travel destinations.
• Assist in preparing travel packages and promotional materials for clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Additional Requirements and Skills:

• Experienced as well as freshers are welcome
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
