Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel needs and preferences
• Research and recommend destinations, itineraries, and accommodations
• Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and travel insurance
• Provide travel documentation and visa guidance
• Resolve travel-related issues and ensure client satisfaction
• Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and promotions
• Guide clients through visa application processes
• Assess eligibility and advise on suitable visa types
• Prepare and verify documentation for submission
• Liaise with embassies and immigration authorities
• Monitor application status and provide updates
• Stay informed on immigration laws and policy changes

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in travel booking software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of global travel regulations and cultures
• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Law, or Travel Management
• Experience in visa consultancy or immigration services
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Familiarity with embassy protocols and visa categories
