Job Title 1 - Travel Sales Consultant
Job Title 2 - Cruise Consultant
Job Title 3 - Spanish ( Bilingual) sales
All should be from travel background
Job Location: Noida, Sector 62
Mode of Work: On-site at 9pm
Salary: (Depending on experience, interview and last in hand salary)
Selection Process: Telephonic round(HR)> Final Interview(Ops round)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to work in a night shift supporting international clients.
3. Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via calls and emails regarding airline reservation.
4. Offer expert guidance on airlines, itineraries, destinations, and onboard amenities.
5. Convert leads into confirmed bookings using a consultative sales approach.
6. Upsell travel add-ons such as excursions, insurance, and upgrades.
7. Keep up-to-date with cruise promotions, industry trends, and travel policies.
8. Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
