Freshers are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation. Understand clients" needs and preferences to offer tailored travel solutions and recommendations. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and handle inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting travel packages and upselling additional services. Stay updated on industry trends, destinations, and travel regulations to provide accurate information and advice to clients. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and achieve overall business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Familiarity with travel booking systems and software is an advantage.
