Job Description
As a Transfer Agent for outbound calls in the US shift, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers (parents), verifying Right Party Contact (RPC), and seamlessly transferring calls to academic counselors. Your primary responsibility involves making outbound calls during US working hours, without the need for sales pitches or product explanations. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and verifying the Right Party Contact (parent), transferring verified calls to available academic counselors in real-time, and collaborating with counselors while reporting any call-related issues to the Team Leader. We are looking for freshers with basic spoken English and communication skills. Additionally, having a basic understanding of computer systems and call-handling software will be advantageous in this role. This is a full-time position with night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST, Monday to Saturday. The work location is in Vasai (W), just a 5-minute walk from the Railway Station.
