Job Description
The role of Training Consultant in Ludhiana is a full-time on-site position where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs. Your key tasks will include conducting training needs assessments, evaluating training effectiveness, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify training goals and strategies. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and presentation skills, along with experience in instructional design and curriculum development. Knowledge of learning management systems and various training delivery methods is essential. You should also have the ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of an organization. The ideal candidate for this position would hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience in conducting training sessions and workshops will be an advantage.
