Job Title: Training & Relationship Manager Insurance Partnerships Job Summary Finsall is on a mission to make insurance financing more accessible. We are looking for a Training & Relationship Manager to strengthen partnerships with state heads, area heads, branch managers, agents, and advisors of partnered insurance companies. The role involves conducting training sessions, driving business development, and ensuring smooth collaboration to boost sales. Extensive travel and regional language proficiency are required. Candidates with insurance, training, or business development experience will have an advantage. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Management Build relationships with insurance leaders, agents, and advisors. Training & Development Conduct engaging training sessions to drive business growth. Business Development Work with agents and advisors to enhance lead generation and conversions. Post-Training Support Resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth execution. Travel & Regional Adaptation Deliver training in regional languages and adapt to market needs. Process Improvement Gather feedback and work on sales performance enhancement. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred. Experience in insurance, training, or business development is a plus. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Proficiency in English + regional languages.
