Job Description
BrainyBuzz Solutions is offering an exciting internship opportunity for a Training and Development Intern. This role will provide hands-on experience in supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing training materials (manuals, presentations, and e-learning). Help identify training needs through assessments and consultations. Support the coordination of training sessions and workshops. Participate in evaluating training effectiveness through feedback and assessments. Assist in tracking employee progress and development. Stay informed on the latest trends in training and development. Required Skills Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Training & Development, or a related field. Strong interest in learning about employee development and training. Good communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools. Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) Moodle or e-learning platforms is a plus. Familiarity with Moodle LMS platform is a plus. Prior experience or coursework in instructional design is a plus.
