You will have the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and relevant issues in the food tech industry as a Trainer at GoKhana. As a Senior Trainer, your role will involve developing, facilitating, and supervising training programs for employees to enhance their skills and effectiveness in the workforce. You will assess the training needs of the business, create and implement training and development plans, and conduct a variety of training programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) to prepare effective training modules. Your responsibilities will include creating training programs to bridge skill gaps in employees, guiding and training new employees, developing learning materials, designing onboarding programs, conducting orientation for new employees, delivering both classroom and virtual induction training, providing product-based training across different locations and departments, designing and executing an effective training curriculum, evaluating program effectiveness through surveys, collaborating with management to identify training needs, researching new teaching methods, and participating in education conferences. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree, have 2-3 years of proven experience as a trainer in the F&B or Hospitality industry, demonstrate experience in creating training modules, possess expertise in both classroom and virtual training, have experience in training various departments within an organization, exhibit solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques, be familiar with user interface design, and showcase punctuality and strong time management skills.
