Job Description
As a fresher candidate or someone with 0-1 year of experience in installation, configuring, and supporting the management of computer hardware and network, you are expected to have knowledge or experience in WAN/LAN technology. You should be able to set up, develop, and deploy enterprise wireless networks using appropriate encryption/authentication protocols. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing end-user support and managing server infrastructure. It is essential to have a good exposure to Linux administration. Your responsibilities will include installing, configuring, implementing, and performing preventive maintenance of desktop systems. You will be required to conduct daily system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes. This involves reviewing system and application logs, configuring firewalls, and verifying the completion of scheduled jobs. Furthermore, you will be responsible for performing regular backups and restoring information when necessary. It is crucial to ensure that all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media. You will also be expected to administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, software deployment, email, internet, intranet, security updates, and patches.,
