You will be joining our instructional team as a motivated individual with strong swimming skills and a passion for training. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting theory and practical sessions according to defined guidelines, maintaining discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct, delivering effective training, resolving learners" doubts, ensuring all students meet required learning outcomes, assessing performance fairly and consistently, staying updated with relevant standards, and continuously improving instructional skills. It is important to follow all directions from the Chief Instructor and adhere to company policies. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. The ideal candidate should possess strong swimming/diving skills, be a team player with good communication skills, have basic computer skills (MS Office preferred), be proficient in English (graduation preferred, HSC can also apply), and demonstrate a hardworking and dedicated attitude.,
