As a Trainee Inside Sales & Proposals, your responsibilities will include generating and nurturing B2B leads in technical sectors, preparing and following up on techno-commercial proposals, assisting with equipment demos for clients, participating in trade shows and exhibitions, and gaining hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools. This role is specifically crafted to facilitate your transition into a core marketing or techno-commercial position as you progress. The ideal candidate for this role is an engineering graduate with a preference for disciplines like Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical. Freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of B2B experience are encouraged to apply, and an MBA in Marketing would be a strong advantage.
