Job Description
Athulitha Laboratories is looking for Trainee Chemists to join our manufacturing team. This role offers freshers hands-on experience in pharmaceutical API/intermediate production under GMP guidelines. Responsibilities: Assist in API/intermediate manufacturing processes as per SOPs. Monitor production parameters and ensure adherence to quality standards. Maintain batch records, logbooks, and documentation as per regulatory guidelines. Handle raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per safety norms. Work closely with cross-functional teams like QA, QC, and Engineering. Ensure strict GMP compliance, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and cleanliness of work areas. Operate process equipment like reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and filtration units under supervision. Requirements: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or related field. Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Strong understanding of safety, GMP, and production processes. Willing to work in rotational shifts and follow strict compliance protocols.,
