Job Description
Purpose The Traffic Control Flagger coordinates and oversees traffic control, flagging and signing for all divisions. Job Responsibilities Place signs, barricades, and traffic cones. Follow all safety precautions to protect motorists and construction workers. Coordinate traffic signals with construction crews and other flaggers. Ability to interact with public and coworkers. Ability to think clearly and remain alert at all times. Strong work ethic, desire to learn, and commitment to safety. Ability to tolerate work in extreme temperatures and stand for long periods of time (up to 14 hours at a time).
