Roles and responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and supporting realtime trading monitoring, day to day operations and client interactions. High level responsibilities are as follows:

• Perform start of the day and end of the day processes
• Monitor web-based system as well alerts and take corrective action
• Client Onboarding and client relationships management
• Monitor daily operations parameters and track them.
• Build and keep track of regular activities and Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards
• Assist in analyzing trade performance and flag unusual activities

Pre-requisites and Desired skill

An aspiring candidate must have skills and qualities. Any prior 12 to 24 months experience will have additional advantages.

• Graduate with background in Commerce, Finance, or Computer Applications preferred
• Technical Skills: 
• Good experience on 
• Handling of computer like Windows or Macbook
• Excel or Google Sheets
• Additional benefit of hands-on experience on
• Reports building and Basic understanding of automated systems/software is an advantage
• Non-Technical skills/qualities
• High ownership and honesty
• Good client communication
• Knowledge of Invoicing and payments tracking, basic Taxation and accounting
• Any creative skills/hobbies that demonstrate commitment and persistence
