Job Description
We are seeking a Trade Marketing On-Field Supervisor to lead and implement on-ground marketing activities. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in overseeing trade marketing campaigns, managing salon partnerships, and ensuring the successful execution of promotional activities. This role, which is entirely field-based, necessitates exceptional coordination, communication, and relationship-building capabilities. FEMALE CANDIDATES ARE PREFERRED Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and implement on-field trade marketing activities within partner salons. - Establish and cultivate strong relationships with salon owners and managers to maintain brand visibility. - Coordinate and supervise brand activations, promotions, and marketing events at salon venues. - Evaluate the efficacy of on-ground marketing initiatives and deliver performance reports. - Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure alignment of branding materials. - Ensure prompt deployment of POS materials, banners, and promotional collaterals. - Identify new prospects to bolster brand presence and customer engagement. Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, field sales, or marketing supervision. - Proficient communication and relationship-building skills with salon partners. - Ability to independently manage and coordinate on-ground marketing activities. - Willingness to extensively travel within the designated region. - Goal-oriented with a problem-solving approach to address field challenges. - Previous exposure in the salon, beauty, or FMCG industry is advantageous.
