A digital response-based lead handling experience is preferable. You should be able to make courteous conversation with customers and prospective customers over the phone. Your responsibilities will include calling potential customers to convince them to purchase the company's products and services. Additionally, you will need to generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team. It is important to have the ability to follow the tele-calling script and accurately record details of interaction with the prospective customers in the specified format. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Basic computer knowledge or proficiency in mobile applications is required. You will be reporting to the Telemarketing Supervisor. As a candidate, you should have a minimum education level of Higher Secondary (12th Pass). Language proficiency as per the region is a must, irrespective of education. The ideal candidate should have 1 year of experience in this field, but freshers are also welcome to apply. The compensation for this position includes a salary as per industry standards along with incentives. Benefits such as travel allowance are also provided.
