Job Description
We are looking for a Title Search - Texas Search professional with 2 to 7 years of experience. This is a remote position with a budget of 6 LPA and an immediate notice period requirement. The ideal candidate must have application knowledge in TDI & Integrity. You should be capable of performing TX Full Search Orders and reviewing & identifying the Easements affecting PIQ as per the Map document. Strong analytical skills, decision-making abilities, and effective communication skills are essential for this role. Shift concerns are not expected, and you should be flexible & supportive during weekend work if required. The responsibilities include conducting Full Search - Current Owner, Two Owner, Flat Map, From the beginning of register, and having a basic knowledge of Mortgage, Deed, and Maturity Period.,
