Position: Title Searcher / Senior Title Searcher Company: Ardur Technology Shifts: Day and Night Compensation: 3 LPA to 6.5 LPA (commensurate with experience) About Us: Ardur Technology is a leading firm in technological solutions. We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Title Searchers or Senior Title Searchers. Key Responsibilities: Conduct title searches using tools such as Netronline, Data Trace, Data Tree, Title Points, and other relevant platforms. Perform and analyze current owner, two-owner, and lien searches. Perform Full search as well. Execute limited and property searches with strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy and reliability. Qualifications: Bachelors degree required. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in title search tools and methodologies. Flexibility to work both day and night shifts. Immediate availability is preferred. Skills and Competencies: Expertise in title search tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Adaptability to varying shifts.
