Job Description
As a Quantitative Researcher, your responsibilities will include developing new or improving existing trading strategies using in-house platforms. You will apply advanced mathematical techniques to model and predict market movements. Additionally, you will design, model, and deploy high-frequency trading strategies across various asset classes, managing their execution through an in-house algorithmic trading platform. Your role will also involve overseeing risk management and performance analysis. Analysing large financial datasets to identify trading opportunities and providing real-time analytical support to experienced traders will be key aspects of this position. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in a highly analytical field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Electrical from a top institute. Strong analytical abilities and a deep understanding of mathematics, probability, statistics, econometrics, derivatives, and machine learning tools are essential. A good grasp of Equities, Futures & Options, and other asset classes, electronic/automated trading systems, and prior experience in the high-frequency trading (HFT) industry would be advantageous. Furthermore, having 1-5 years of professional work experience using C/C++ and Python in a UNIX/LINUX environment is preferred to thrive in this position.,
