Job Description

As a QA Tester at our company, you will be responsible for reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Your role will involve creating detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases, as well as estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities. In this position, you will design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open source tools and identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs. You will also be expected to perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved and develop and apply testing processes for new and existing projects to meet client needs. Collaboration with internal teams such as developers and project managers to identify system requirements will be a key aspect of your role. You will monitor debugging process results, investigate the causes of non-conforming software, and train users to implement solutions. Additionally, tracking quality assurance metrics like defect densities and open defect counts will be part of your responsibilities. Staying up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies is essential in this role. The job is full-time and permanent, with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. Experience with automation testing and API testing is preferred, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Web App/Mobile App Testing is required. The work location for this position is in person.
