As a Title Expert at MorSer Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in managing title insurance policies and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and service. This full-time remote position requires you to handle escrow processes efficiently and provide necessary training to clients and team members. Your close collaboration with clients will be essential to seamlessly integrate our services into their operations. Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze title search results and legal documents such as deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, and plats. - Prepare and issue title commitments accurately and on time for the Title Company, identifying any defects, requirements, and exceptions. - Conduct thorough searches in counties for records, bankruptcy, etc. - Perform in-depth investigations on subject properties to confirm their clearance. To excel in this role, you should have: - 2+ years of experience in title commitment preparation, title examining, or a related title insurance position. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Ability to deliver effective training to clients and team members. - Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. - Capability to work independently and remotely. - Prior experience in the BPO industry would be advantageous. - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
