Job Description

The Bartender role at our venue involves preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers during events. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor to enhance their overall experience. Key Responsibilities: - Mix drinks to order and serve customers - Possess knowledge of all bar drinks and wines - Maintain valid food handlers and alcoholic beverage server permits - Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized - Ensure all merchandising and signage are properly displayed - Adhere to the Company dress code and other policies - Operate POS system efficiently during high-volume periods - Follow cash handling and tip reporting guidelines - Stock products, set up garnish stations, cashier stations, and display baskets - Practice responsible alcohol service and maintain proper sanitation and food safety standards - Provide excellent customer service at all times - Assist guests and navigate the venue when needed Qualifications: - Minimum age of 21 - Previous bartending and customer service experience preferred - Basic math and cash handling skills - Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays - Food Handlers Card/SERV Safe certification required - TIPS Certified - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25lbs - Flexibility to work irregular hours and inside or outside the building as needed If you are energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, we encourage you to apply for this position.
